Enterprise lands £14m contract with Family Mosiac
London affordable homes group Family Mosaic has awarded Enterprise a four-year £14m contract to upgrade and renew facilities among the 2000 homes on its books.
Family Mosaic started its Asset Management Procurement Project in September 2008 following a period of merger, acquisition and disposal.
This contract is part of an emerging industry trend towards the integrated asset management of essential infrastructure.
Enterprise will offer apprenticeships and Future Jobs Fund posts in the areas in which Family Mosaic works. Enterprise will coordinate with local businesses so they can become part of the supply chain to the contract.
