United House wins £53m Barratt Homes job in Soho

Barratt Homes has confirmed that United House has won the £53m contract for a new affordable housing scheme in London’s Soho.

A spokesman told the Enquirer United House was now on board but no start date for construction work has been set.

The Trenchard House scheme will be built on the site of a former police building on Broadwick Street and will contain social and affordable housing.
