The luxury fit-out job is thought to be worth up to £40m and is a major coup for the builder in the very competitively bid London fit-out market.
A source told the Enquirer: “The word is John Sisk has got it against a top class field of rivals like ISG, Chorus and Mace.”
The Shangri-La Hotel will be one of London’s most luxurious hotels and will be located across 18 floors in the landmark Shard building being developed at London Bridge.
Sisk will fit-out 195 rooms from the 34th floor to the top of the building, where there will be a luxury spa on the 52nd floor.
