The Education Funding Agency confirmed to the Enquirer that Kier has won the £60m East 2 and £63m North East 2 batches.
The deals put Kier at the head of the PSPB league with a haul of three regions.
Interserve has picked-up the £48m North West 3 tranche.
Wates and BAM respectively lost out to Kier while the contractor was beaten by Interserve in the North West.
Kier will now build 13 schools across the two areas while Interserve will construct six.
It is Interserve’s first priority schools win and a major boost after losing out to Kier in the South region earlier this year.
