Manchester City Council has called for firms to prequalify for the region’s building framework for projects between £2m and £9m.
The framework for local authorities and public bodies will be worth anywhere between £250m and £750m and is due to come into force next April.
Individual panels of firms will be selected for five areas: Cumbria, Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and Merseyside for project worth £2m-£5m.
A further separate list of firms will also be drawn to cover larger projects worth between £5m and £9m spanning the whole north west area.
Interested firms must prequalify through the Chest procurement portal. The reference for the contract notice is NWCE – 9D2KVJ.
