Managing Director Alan Cooper said: “The new organisational structure prepares Hewlett for the next phase of our growth.
“It brings together the expertise of the team and improves our ability to respond to our clients’ needs and optimise the services we provide.
“It also better aligns the business with our future growth strategy, with a focus on infrastructure expansion projects and complementary power generation projects.
“In making the changes we have recognised the growth ambitions of the business and our future requirements.”
Hewlett has a current turnover of £25m with a projected target of £43m for next year.
The company employs 350 staff and operates from Leeds, Leamington Spa, Corby and Perth.
The management changes will see Chris Stacey promoted to Commercial Director and John Spear to Financial Director.
Promotion to Contracts Manager has been given to Sean Lawlor, Don Mooney and Paul Clayton, covering non-housing in England, the Perth region and Corby region respectively.
The Housing Infrastructure Division will be headed-up by Steve Hosty and promotion has also been awarded to John Ryan as Housing Manager, Mick Petch as Construction Manager and Steve Bamforth as Site Agent.

“They are all professionals who have delivered excellent service to our clients and have each continued to demonstrate high levels of commitment.
“There is no doubt that these changes to the management structure can only be advantageous for the business.”
