This 17-acre scheme will include a Waitrose, a coachway park and ride, hotel and offices.
Mace Real Estate is acting as development manager, as well as providing a wide range of services including project management, cost management and design services.
The Handy Cross Hub will also include 350,000 sq ft of commercial business space and a 150-bed hotel.
