The merger with the £20m turnover building firm allows Fortis Developments to offer a complete investment, design and build service to its clients.
Beaumont built its business up to 50 staff principally working for Fortis on student schemes.
The new business will now also target private rented sector schemes like the £76m Adelphi Wharf apartment project (above) in Manchester, where construction is due to start in the summer
Fortis has delivered more than 1,000 student and residential investment properties since 2012 and is seeing strong demand in the north.
Director of Fortis, Kieran Moore, said: “This is an exciting period for Fortis Developments and the acquisition of Beaumont Morgan demonstrates the company’s appetite to expand on what has already been a significant period of growth.”
