Casey will design and construct public realm areas around the listed estate and adjoining areas of the 20-acre site being developed by the Co-operative Group and Hermes Real Estate in north Manchester.
The scope of the £5m works deal will include site preparation, breaking out existing hard standings, isolation and removal of existing services, installation of new drainage, external lighting, hard landscaped and grassed areas.
Meanwhile, the joint venture between Generate Land and Caddick Developments are progressing designs and plans for NOMA’s largest residential site.
Dubbed as Angel Gardens, the joint venture partners as Moda Living will build a 30-storey tower with 450 apartments.
Work onsite is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of this year with the first apartments ready for occupation in 2017.
