Morgan Sindall’s national developer and urban regeneration specialist is building a portfolio of major projects across London, including schemes in Lewisham, Canning Town, Brentford, Tottenham Hale and Brixton and across the wider south including Bristol, Reading and Basingstoke.
Philip Day joins as project director from Mace, where he worked as operations director after eight years with the firm.
He has more than 15 years’ experience in delivering new build commercial and residential schemes.
John Robinson also joins the company as development director from Kier Development where he worked for four years with the Solum development joint venture.
Michael Orr has taken up the role of development director, joining Muse from Lend Lease where he worked as a senior development manager from 2008. He has a broad range of experience after being involved in several major projects across London.
Mike Auger, Muse’s regional director for the South, said: “It’s an exciting time for Muse, with landmark developments underway across London and the south. Our new team members bring with them a breadth of experience and skills, which will play a vital role in delivering key projects.”
Muse has also recently promoted three other senior staff.
Thomasin Renshaw, part of the company’s southern team and Wes Erlam in the North West, have both been promoted to development director.
Alan McBride, who is based in Muse’s Leeds office and works on projects across Yorkshire and the North East, has been promoted to project director.
