The framework will be used by 27 local authorities and public bodies in Wales, across Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion, Neath Port Talbot and Swansea.
Carmarthenshire County Council is heading the procurement process and estimates up to £850m of construction work could be channeled through the contractor panel over four years.
The framework will include a major works lot for projects over £15m as well as several for much smaller projects to spread work among smaller contractors.
Once firms have been shortlisted, formal bidding for a place on the renewed framework covering a host of new-build and refurbishment opportunities will get underway.
Interested firms can find more information on the Sell2Wales website.
