Imtech Traffic and Infra has its UK head office in Basingstoke and its headquarters in Holland.
The deal comes as the separate Imtech UK and Ireland business is in talks over a potential buyout.
The sales come in the wake of Dutch holding company Royal Imtech NV being placed in bankruptcy last week.
A company statement said: “Imtech Traffic & Infra is pleased to confirm that it has secured a buyer and a future for the division .
“With our new owner, Egeria, we have the opportunity to continue our good work and deliver on our commitments to our markets.
“Egeria is a well-respected Dutch private equity firm which has €1.7 billion under management.”
Armand Knoop, Division Director said: “Our fighting spirit and belief in our division is strong.
“We are grateful to our employees, our clients and our suppliers for the loyalty and support we have received during this turbulent period.
“It has been a challenging time and there is still a lot to do, we will continue to provide updates as things progress.”
