The largest of the projects will see the firm build 207 flats in two L-shaped blocks in Ordsall on the banks of the Manchester ship canal, the plot will also be home to 13 town houses (below).
This £33m development will be built off Ordsall Lane between Dyer Street and Everard Street.
The 1.4-acre site was bought from administrators of Greenwater Properties and is derelict, with a large warehouse and smaller buildings left vacant.
The second scheme is for an eight storey high block of 53 unaffordable apartments and a retail unit at the corner of Ordsall Lane and Woden Street called the Gateway.
The two projects highlight Ordsall as one of Salford’s up-and-coming residential areas as the town’s regeneration plans take off.
