Linkcity starts with a portfolio of over 20 developments across the UK worth £1.3bn.
Flagship projects include Hallsville Quarter, the five-phase, six-hectare regeneration of London’s Canning Town, the Addlestone One town centre project in Surrey, and the Abbey Road Ice House Quarter in London’s Barking.
The firm will also continue to operate in the student accommodation sector through Uliving, its joint venture with Derwent Living.
Nicolas Guerin, the Managing Director of Linkcity UK, said the firm aims to focus on people, places and planet, creating sustainable developments that contribute to healthier and happier lives, more resilient communities.
In addition to the rebrand of the UK business, Linkcity is set to become the international property development brand of the Bouygues group across the world.
Philippe Bonnave, chairman and chief executive of Bouygues Construction, said: “Linkcity reflects our new ambition for property development at Bouygues Construction, expressing both the link that we are constantly seeking to strengthen with our customers and the close link that exists between the projects we offer and their environment. The new brand name also suggests our strong capability for technical, legal and financial innovation.”
