The return to work programme will last 12 weeks starting this September.
It is aimed at both men and women who have taken voluntary career breaks of two years or more.
The retraining programme could lead to permanent or part-time jobs across London and Cambridgeshire.
Skanska said: “To support you through the transition, you will receive coaching workshops from Women Returners, mentoring from a Skanska colleague and a comprehensive induction process.”
Roles available for returning workers include:
Commercial Managers
Quantity Surveyors
Engineers
Planners
Project Managers
