Family Mosaic’s new works construction programme over the four years is estimated at around £740m, with around 30% delivered by Section 106s, leaving a balance of £518m of directly instructed construction works.
The panel of firms will be used for contracts spread across the £5m-£15m price band in the main.
The professional services element covering architects and agents is expected to be worth up to £20m.
