The 322 unit site will consist of 174 one bed units, 137 two bed units and 11 three bed units.

Watkin Jones expects to start construction work on the site next year with a phased completion scheduled for 2019/2020.

The firm now has six BTR schemes currently targeted for delivery over the period 2019/21 with a number of planning applications and other site acquisition opportunities under negotiation.
