The £180m East Village N06 scheme has been designed by architects Hawkins Brown.

It will see Metal Yapi UK deliver over 22,000 square metres of unitised façade, as well as balconies and sliding door systems to two residential towers of 26 and 31 storeys, and two ten storey pavilions.

N06 will be built by Mace on one of the last remaining development plots in the East Village neighbourhood and provide 524 new homes for private rent by Get Living.

Mace will start main construction work in December with Metal Yapi UK starting on site next September.

The firm has nearly finished its first project in the East Village neighbourhood for Mace.

Sister company, Metal Yapi Engineering, was also responsible for the design and manufacture of the ground-breaking rising factories which were used by Mace to construct the two towers at N08.

Metal Yapi UK is a subsidiary of long- established Turkey based Metal Yapi Holdings, which operates in 14 countries internationally and has delivered more than 1000 major façade projects in 64 cities worldwide.
