The retail giant moved to the 302,000sq ft DC2 warehouse in 2012 to streamline storage and distribution logistics, but now the current facility owners who took control of the premises in 2014 have decided to expand the warehouse operations.

The existing building will increase by 54,599 sq ft courtesy of a new single story extension, paving the way for future growth of the UK’s largest retailer of solid hardwood furniture.

The scheme is forecast to be complete in November 2019 and will contribute towards a proportion of the 400,000 annual orders received online or through one of the companies 95 stores.

“Although we’re more than familiar with completing works in an industrial site environment, Wiltshire is not somewhere that we’ve fully established our contracting services yet.
