Matt Bray formally left Paragon in June, where he was managing director, after the Interserve-owned operation was scaled down as part of wider restructuring plans at the struggling construction group.
Several key directors left during the streamlining three months ago, some joining ISG, but Bray stayed on for another month.
Bray is now of head of contracts at the Morgan Sindall-owned office fit-out specialist.
He co-founded Paragon with Stephen Sproat in 2004 and then sold it to Interserve six years ago remaining with the business.
