RLB will act as Employer’s Agent, Cost Consultant, Principal Designer and Project Manager on the £285m Peddimore Employment Park and the giant Jaguar Land Rover Global Parts Logistics Centre.

Main contractors are yet to be appointed for either project.

Based a few miles from Junction 9 on the M42, Peddimore Birmingham gained planning permission in August.

It will be one of the UK’s most important new manufacturing and logistics sites delivering 2.7m sq ft of employment space.

The Jaguar Land Rover Global Parts Logistics centre, close to junction 11 of the M42 in Appleby Magna near Ashby, is 2.94m sq ft.
