We are looking for a Head of Training to oversee both our external and internal training function. You will be responsible for overseeing client appointments as well as being part of our training delivery team. You will additionally be responsible for running our internal staff upskilling and professional development programme.
This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to “give back” to the industry and work within a consultancy environment to share their construction industry experience with others.
You will need to have
- Experience working for a contractor
- RICS qualification
- Knowledge of RICS / CIOB qualification pathways
- Experience in the delivery of training
- E learning experience [preferable]
- An interest in staff mentoring
