About the Role
Due to two further sizeable contract win, we now have an exciting permanent opportunity for a HSEQ Manager for our Environmental Solution and Fully Licenced asbestos removal company, ION. This will be a roving role, covering our existing spread of contracts. This role will be based out of the ION office in Essex but will require extensive travel around Essex and the South East. This role would suit an ambitious Asbestos Supervisor, Project Manager or Stripper with exceptional technical/analyst background, who is looking to move into, or has moved into, a Health & Safety role.
We are seeking an inspiring individual who can demonstrate a blend of exceptional relationship-building and analytical/technical asbestos skills, who is keen to 'own' their own area.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate having the ability to drive a positive culture change relating to all asbestos-related Health, Safety, Environment, Quality issues, with the determination to improve our existing standards.
Your role as dedicated ION HSEQ Manager will be to conduct pro-active and re-active monitoring of our projects, to safeguard our employees and to significantly improve ION's Health, Safety, Quality, & Environment performance and achieve‘SHED’.
