What are we looking for?
Lendlease Development, are looking to employ a Production Cost Manager, based from our flagship project - Elephant Park, London.
This is a brand-new position within the company, the successful Production Cost Manager, will work in our Residential Business Unit, therefore, will need to be a specialist in large scale Residential Developments. The development, running until 2025, is an £1.5million Urban Regeneration consisting of 3,000 residential units, 60 Retail and Office spaces and Infrastructure work.
The role of the Production Cost Manager Responsible for negotiating the Main Contract (CM or D&B) in conjunction with the Development Project Manager. Responsible for agreement of the subsequent Trade Contracts and management of change.
Essential Skills Required
- Recognised Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines
- Extensive experience in large-scale integrated real estate development or construction projects
- RICS or equivalent accreditation will be advantageous
- Familiarity with engineering, procurement and construction management projects
- Understand of forms of contract and contract law
