Systech are constantly striving to improve the efficiency and delivery of our services to the satisfaction of our clients and have created an exciting new role that would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to move away from a day to day commercial role.
The Compliance manager will be responsible for ensuring the company complies with internal policies and monitors the delivery of its services to the client by maintaining the services provided by consultants.
The successful applicant will collect and coordinate data with the finance and resourcing departments and the work will be subject to external audit. The Compliance Manager will also provide administrative support by implementing systems, procedures and policies together with support to the compliance auditor.
To be considered for this role you will have a proven ability to lead and mentor a team, implementing new procedures and strategies. You will have a proven history in a senior commercial position within a UK-wide main contractor. You must be able to demonstrate an ability to maintain and enhance client relations.
You will also demonstrate the following:
- Experience of working in a senior position
- Strong commercial management and project experience
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Able to adapt to an ever changing consultancy environment
- Personable approach – daily contact with consultants and stakeholders will be required
