Our family business was founded by Chairman, Dr Alan Rogan, a leading proponent in off-site manufacturing, who has been at the forefront of Light Steel Frame research for ‘MMC’ for many years. We are leaders in light steel construction, design, manufacturing and site installation (highly experienced in student accommodation)
We manufacture at our production facility in Wolverhampton and as experienced installers we have always appreciated the importance of working through ‘site issues’ at design stage.
Our business was set up in 2000 by Dr Alan Rogan, a leading proponent in off-site manufacturing. We have quietly grown in stature and today have a turnover of in excess of £17M, designing, installing and supplying major projects using 3D/4D modelling whilst also contributing regularly to the industry via the Steel Construction Institute.
During 2005, anticipating the future influence on design of 3D representation, we embarked on a strategy to improve the flow of project management information. We started using simple 3D modelling using AutoCAD and were early adopters of BIM and now lead the field in BIM.
We specialise in multi-storey residential and student residential schemes as well as hotels.
