£60m Welsh framework needs contractors

Coastal Housing Group is looking for contractors to carry-out refurbishment and new build work across South West Wales worth up to £60m over the next four years.

The framework deal will cover Neath, Swansea and Port Talbot with up to 16 contractors appointed.

Coastal is looking to work with local firms and larger national operators on the three-tier framework which will cover health, leisure and education buildings as well as housing.

The work will be divided into contracts up to £1.5m, £1.5m to £4.5m and £4m plus.
