The framework is batched up into four lots with the smallest covering work up to £75,000 and the largest jobs worth more than £2m.
Several district and borough councils, along with the local police authority and schools are signed up to procure work through the framework.
Over the course of four years West Sussex council estimates spend could be between £120m and £300m.
