The development in Ketley, Telford, will create 86 extra care apartments for residents aged over-55 plus 12 apartments for people with learning difficulties.
Part funded by the Homes and Communities Agency in partnership with Telford and Wrekin Council, the scheme is set to be finished in just over a year’s time.
The project, designed by Brewster Bye Architects, is taking place as part of a £60m four-year partnership between Seddon and Sanctuary which will see more than 700 homes built across the Midlands.
Seddon business unit manager Ian Calder said: “The scheme will also create significant apprenticeship and training opportunities for people in the area.”
