Midas want to hear from carpenters, masons, small steel work contractors, painters and decorators, plaster board companies, metal stud companies, cleaning companies and floor layers.
Work is already underway on the £3.6m project which is due to be completed in March 2014.
Midas will be holding a ‘Meet the Buyers Day’ at its Plymouth office on Longbridge Road on Friday 30 August 2013.
Stuart Wilkes the Operational Manager at Midas Construction, said: “With potentially eight months work for subcontractors available, this is a fantastic opportunity for Plymouth’s most skilled and competitive craftsmen to come and meet us.
“We want to hear from those interested in being involved in this exciting development that will be the best of its kind in the region.”
