The Trusts for King’s College Hospital, the Maudesley and Guys and St Thomas’ have called for firms to express an interest in the multi-lot framework covering a full mix of refurbishment and new work over three years.
Individual projects will largely, but not exclusively comprise refurbishing and remodelling to upgrade the existing estate.
This will potentially include the full range of acute healthcare facilities, research and teaching laboratories, clinics and administrative facilities.
Selected projects will be let as design and build contracts.
Framework
- Lot 1 Building work up to £500,000
- Lot 2 Building work £5k – £2.5m
- Lot 3 Building work £2.5m – £5m
- Lot 4 M&E up to £2.5m
- Lot 5 M&E up to £5m
Eight bidders will be invited for each lot.
