Its plans include building more than 500 homes a year over the next two years. This involves large regeneration schemes at Blackwall Reach, Poplar and Craylands in Basildon, Essex as well as smaller gap site projects.
The framework will be split into three lots covering projects up to £5m, up to £19m and major schemes over £20m like Blackwall Reach in East London.
