The selection process run by procurement specialist Scape has generated a complex set of framework agreements covering the East Midlands region.
The contracts run for a period of four years and are the last in a series of empa framework contracts awarded this year.
Wates picked up the empa’s £133m sole provincial framework place. Intermediate framework places covering work of £2-£7.5m went to Wates and Morgan Sindall.
The latest batch covers several minor work lots divided by sub regions. The winners are Ashe Construction, Clegg Construction, Interserve Construction, Lindum Group, Robert Woodhead, G F Tomlinson and Jeakins Weir.
Head of empa Alan Coole said: “The constraints on the finances of public sector bodies remain a firm reality, making it so important that they receive value for money from their construction projects.
“All seven of the firms we have selected put forward excellent submissions and I would like to congratulate them on their success.”
