The firm will start work in March on the second phase of Indescon Court at Millharbour where Galliard is developing 546 new homes.
J S Wright will be providing a range of services for all the units, which will be housed within a main tower of five blocks of up to 31 storeys and a neighbouring ten-storey rotunda building.
Working to a design by Mendick Waring Consultants, J S Wright will install a gas-fired CHP boiler system within a central energy centre.
J S Wright will also be fitting the water system, ventilation, sprinklers, chilled water, above ground drainage and sanitation throughout the development, along with building controls.
The company will also be fitting out the first two blocks of 122 apartments for One Housing Group, which will offer them to families on Tower Hamlets’ housing waiting list at an affordable rent.
Marcus Aniol, Managing Director of J S Wright, said: “We are delighted to be strengthening our successful relationship with such a prestigious developer by servicing one of the greatest examples of regeneration in East London.”
