The North Wales Schools and Public Buildings Contractor Framework has been set up for projects worth over £4.35m
All North Wales authorities or regional public sector bodies can choose a contractor from the list without having to go through lengthy procurement processes.
Miller, Balfour Beatty and Kier took the lot for projects worth over £15m, which is expected to see £120m spent over the course of the framework.

Dr Mohammed Mehmet, Chief Executive of Denbighshire County Council said: “This framework aims to maximise the benefits of the projects to the local community and sustain economic development.
“The companies were selected following a competitive process and we are delighted to see four North Wales companies qualifying to be on the framework.
“We feel this is important for the local economy and to provide local firms to apply for local projects.
“The main driver for this project is to obtain value for money from public procurement and deliver community benefits across the region.
“Considerations will include training and employment targets, prompt payments of sub -contractors, opportunities for supported businesses. education, work experience, community initiatives and open opportunities for small medium enterprises”.
