The authority has divided the work into eight lots covering more than 30,000 homes across the borough.
The eight lots (with maximum value) cover:
Lot 1:Reactive general Building Repairs to occupied and unoccupied properties, including cold water tanks, (£26.3m)
Lot 2: Communal Works, including planned and responsive and civils and playground equipment works (£10m)
Lot 3: Electrical Specialist Works to occupied and unoccupied properties, including lateral mains; landlord services; hardwired alarms; estate lighting, emergency lighting and fire alarms (£27.9m)
Lot 4: Installation, servicing and maintenance of CCTV cameras to estates (£4m)
Lot 5: Installation and maintenance of Controlled Access Door systems to blocks (£6.2 m)
Lot 6: Installation and Inspection and maintenance of Lightning Protection to blocks (£2.1 m)
Lot 7: Maintenance of digital aerials and installation if required to blocks (£830,000)
Lot 8: Lift servicing, 24 hours 365 days a year callout service, active and major repair works and full (residential) lift replacement/refurbishment (£20m)
Contractors can bid for one or multiple lots for the deals which last for between four and five years.
