McMullen bags £6.5m cladding deal at Battersea

McMullen Facades has won another deal for St George at Battersea Reach with the £6.5m facade deal for The Pinnacle tower on the site.

The Lakesmere Group company will start on site on the 19-week contract in November.

The deal follows the company’s earlier appointment to complete work on Quarter House at the same development.

The Pinnacle will feature a unitised facade with bolt-on balconies and feature penthouse terraces designed, manufactured and delivered by McMullen.
