The work on the towers, both over 35 storeys high, is for Lend Lease at the Elephant & Castle and Mount Anvil in Islington.
The contract successes come after PIB developed a key strategic approach in its planning and co-ordinating of constructing high-rise residential towers.
One The Elephant is the largest tower project in the £1.5bn Southwark regeneration scheme being developed by Lend Lease.
The slender tower will provide 284 homes, and ground floor shopping and business space.
The specialist drylining firm, based near Gerrards Cross, will also work for Mount Anvil on its Lexicon Tower on the City Road in Islington.
This 36-storey building includes 307 apartments, 785 sq m of mixed-use commercial space as well as a private residents’ spa and lounge.
Lewis Foley Director for PIB Contractors said: “We are delighted to have commenced works on two of London’s prestigious residential towers.
