The awards take place in London in October and contain finalists from projects worth between £2m and £80m.
Gold and silver medals are awarded across 11 categories before an overall winner is announced by organisers at the Chartered Institute of Building.
Chris Blythe, Chief Executive of the CIOB said: “This is the only event of its kind to assess the pivotal role that construction managers play in bringing teams and stakeholders together.
“It offers a snapshot of the fantastic work that’s going on in the industry from retail to housing to large scale public services and rejuvenation projects we have taking place.
“The range of projects and the standards of entry are rising every year and this is testament to the professionalism of the construction industry as a whole.”
