HCA Panels Manager Deborah Vogwell said: “We were very impressed by the quality of submissions we received from bidders.
“This new panel offers the HCA and other public sector bodies the means to procure technical services quickly and easily through a simple mini competition process.
“This panel, and our property panel, launched in June this year, will help the HCA achieve its objective of working with public bodies to help them deliver homes, economic growth and jobs.
“It also supports HCA’s role in helping speed the disposal of public sector land for development. Over recent years we have supported use of our panels by over 200 public bodies and we look forward to this increasing.”
