Kevin Morris has been appointed to the newly-created role of construction manager at the Cheshire-based company.
He will help manage Mulbury’s relationships with contractors and also help the firm deliver building work directly on some of its projects.
Morris has previously worked at Barratt Homes, Countryside Properties, The Emerson Group and Arley Homes where he headed up the construction team.
Greg Mulligan, a director of Mulbury Homes, said: “As we’ve grown as a business we’ve strived to continue increasing our construction knowledge and expertise.
“We’ve done that with a number of recent additions to our senior management team and Kevin’s appointment strengthens us further.
“Kevin has the necessary leadership qualities and technical ability to really drive forward our construction operations, working with our contractors to ensure we continue delivering a great product and value for money for our clients.”
Morris added: “In under five years, Mulbury has become one of the leading players in the delivery of new affordable homes in the region.
“It’s a fast-moving business that has made a big impact in a recovering market and I’m proud to be joining the team.”
Morris is the third senior appointment at Mulbury Homes this year.
In June the company appointed former Taylor Wimpey engineering manager Glyn Barrett and in September David Wroe, former regional managing director of Keepmoat Homes, also joined Mulbury’s management team.
