Hyde is renewing its housing contractor panels to deliver a £650m-£1.1bn programme of works over the next four years.
The housing association’s new housing strategy will see the business delivering at least 50% of its development programme as housing for sale and private rent to reinvest in providing additional affordable homes.
The prized major project lot, which covers new housing projects worth over £25m, sees Laing O’Rourke and Ardmore Construction secure places for the very first time on the list of favoured firms.
The framework award is understood to be in the standstill period and is likely to be officially confirmed within the next few weeks.
