Teenage builder hurt at school construction site

A teenage construction worker was rescued from a school site in Milton Keynes after suffering injuries in an accident yesterday.

News website OneMK said a board fell on the 17-year-old’s legs at Shenley Brook End School.

Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service said: “Firefighters and paramedics rescued an injured man from the first floor of a building under construction at Shenley Brook End School using a turntable ladder and a basket stretcher.”
