The four-year LGSS shared services framework will consist of five lots covering design and build projects for the education sector and other public buildings.

Lot 1: £1m-£2.99m; Lot 2: £3m-£6.99m; Lot 3: £6.5m-£9.99m; Lot 4: £10-£14.99m; Lot 5: £15m and above
The new panel will replace an existing design and build capital framework that ends in April next year.
Existing firms include R G Carter, Morgan Sindall, Bouygues, Kier and Vinci on the major project band, with Wates and Willmott Dixon, Coulson Building Group and Borras Construction also included for smaller project lots.
LGSS is the shared services venture set up in October 2010 by founding partners Cambridgeshire County Council and Northamptonshire County Council, and ranks as one of the largest ventures of its kind.
