The internal promotions see Judy Hegarty take the top role at Fortem, Simon Ramage step up to lead Willmott Dixon’s London & East construction business, and Adam Worrall appointed managing director at Willmott Dixon Interiors.
Hegarty’s promotion at Fortem comes as the social housing specialist presses ahead with its ‘FOR Our Future’ growth strategy. She joined the business as finance director before becoming deputy managing director at the start of 2025, where she led commercial and IT reforms that delivered £7m of efficiency gains.
She will work alongside chief operating officer Chris Tredget as Fortem targets further expansion in regeneration, repairs and maintenance.
Ramage takes charge of the London & East region following the promotion of Stewart Brundell to chief operating officer at Willmott Dixon Construction.
A former trainee, Ramage has spent almost three decades with the group and was most recently director of delivery before stepping up to deputy managing director last summer.
The third appointment sees Worrall promoted after more than 25 years with the business to lead Willmott Dixon Interiors.
He will focus on growing the firm’s office fit-out offering, with an emphasis on operational performance, accountability and customer delivery.
