The job marks the third student project collaboration between HG Construction and YourTRIBE following the delivery of schemes at Ilderton Road and Avonmouth Street in London.
The Wembley scheme is YourTRIBE’s largest development to date and sits close to the national stadium.
It will comprise two towers of 19 and 27 storeys, with extensive amenity provision and around 15,000 sq ft of commercial space at ground level.
Gateway 2 approval was secured at the end of last year, allowing construction to start on site. Completion is scheduled for summer 2028.
HG will lean heavily on its self-delivery model, including concrete frame, SFS, bathroom pods and drylining, to drive programme certainty and quality on the high-rise build.
Adam Quinn, chief executive officer at HG Construction, said: “It’s a pleasure to be partnering with YourTRIBE on this striking new PBSA scheme in Wembley. We have a strong track record of successful collaboration, with our most recent scheme at Avonmouth Street delivered three months ahead of programme.”
Laurence Quail, Director at YourTRIBE, said the Wembley project marked a major step change for the business.
He said: “Our Wembley project marks a significant milestone for YourTRIBE representing the company’s largest scheme to date in both value and scale, highlighting its commitment to challenging the market and delivering high-quality, large-scale developments.”
