The Southern and East of England social landlord will use the panel to deliver projects from minor works up to major schemes over £5m over the next seven years.
Amber Construction, Equans Regeneration, Higgins, Mulalley & Co and Thomas Sinden are among the firms securing both larger project lots.
The framework is split into three value bands and will also be open to other registered providers, councils and charities bound by procurement rules.
