Winchmore will start on site towards the back end of this year.
The specialist is looking to work with Kori on other projects as the company expands its presence in and around London.
The Enquirer understands Winchmore is also in negotiations with Kori at its care home site in Chiswick.
Winchmore Managing Director Lee Campbell highlighted the benefits of forming long-term relationships with contractors.
He said: “With Kori entering the London market, both parties are looking to develop a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship built around collaboration, trust and early engagement.
“The level of openness and collaboration has been refreshing and demonstrates the benefits that can be achieved when specialist subcontractors are brought into discussions early enough to make a meaningful contribution.
“Particularly in the current market, there is perhaps a wider lesson for the industry. Increasingly, we are seeing the benefits of clients and supply chain partners focusing on relationships and long-term collaboration rather than purely driving the bottom line.
“Beyond the commercial benefits, carrying out multiple projects together also creates an opportunity to engage with real intent around social value initiatives, apprenticeships and training opportunities.
“That in turn allows us to continue investing in and developing the next generation entering our industry, helping preserve specialist trade skills and ensuring traditional handset craftsmanship continues to thrive for years to come.”
