Work is due to start straightaway on the 12,143 sq m secondary school campus for hub North Scotland.
The new academy will replace the existing school and provide places for 1,120 pupils.
Facilities will include a 3G artificial grass sports pitch and new car park.
The project will be delivered under the Scottish Government’s Learning Estate Investment Programme Phase 3 criteria.
The latest award extends Balfour Beatty’s run of school work for Moray Council after previously delivering Elgin High School, Lossiemouth High School and Linkwood Primary School.
