The scheme will replace 92 ageing homes with 182 new ones alongside ground-floor commercial space, providing opportunities for local businesses and services, while more than 2,500 square metres  landscaped green space will create a more vibrant neighbourhood.

Construction is expected to begin in the Autumn following extensive engagement with residents and the local community.
